Thank you! I have some keto vanilla Wonderworks cereal I can crush up to use. Of course I always have pb & some sort of sf syrup. Today it’s Jordan’s Skinny syrup salted caramel. 🤞🏼🤞🏼 🌻💖🌻

I love the recipe, but Rice Krispies and brown Rice Krispies as well as many cereals etc, are definitely not vegan/vegetarian. They contain vitamin D3 which is animal based namely from lanolin. There are vegan Rice Krispies and plant based derivatives of vitamin D 3 but until recently, vegan D3 was unheard of.
