To all that are new to the Vegan journey or have been asking me if it possible to have sausage and eggs on the journey, this is for you! Remember processed foods should be consumed in moderation not everyday! However when beginning the journey these are some products that will help you stay the course and help those cravings! Love yall❤️
Beyond Spicy Italian Sausage
Just Egg
Kale( remember add kale in last before the Just egg)
Mushrooms
Red onions
Sautéed in Grapeseed oil
Garlic powder
Salt free Ms.Dash jalapeño or original
Avocado
Tomato
Cilantro
Salsa

Sprouted tofu from Trader Joe's is great for a scrambled egg substitute and cheaper than beyond sausages. It will also take any seasonings you like 😉😋

I love that you are using the correct cooking oil every body love using olive oil. People never use olive oil to cook with it can cause toxins to release in your food.

For anyone reading this, U can also make an omelet out of the vegan eggs too. Cook all veggies and sausages in a sperate 🍳in another 🍳 with vegan butter add the vegan eggs replacement, then the veggie sausage mixture I usually have it with a side of toast vegan bread of course. A cup is tea and BAM🙏🏽👍🏾🤣

I have never heard of black salt so i looked it up. This is what i found: This salt may cause incurable diseases, because it contains fluoride in toxic amounts. Research suggests that regularly taking this salt may cause fluorosis (fluoride toxicity). Fluoride is one type of mineral. In our body it is necessary about 2-3mg, and it comes from natural water. Where more than one part/million fluoride may cause health hazard, whereas black salt may contain fluoride 160-200 parts/million. I guess if you only use it once in a blue moon, then it might be alright.

OMG this is so good!! Would you teach about the different mushrooms and which to best to use in recipes for those who are new to being vegan and to mushrooms?

Quick tips: Use button and baby Bella, porcini (fresh, dried, or powder), and oyster mushrooms for meaty savory dishes of any cuisine. Use shitake (fresh, dried, or powdered) only for Asian dishes. Lobster, oyster are excellent seafood substitutes Portabello are nice and meaty for all kinds of dishes or a steak substitute Lions Mane, Chaga, Cordyceps, Reishi powder are really good in coffee or hot chocolate. Before adding your coffee, mix powder well with agave first or mix just like 1/2-1tsp of coffee into the powder till smooth. Then add your coffee and creamer of choice and mix well (saves having a bunch of powdery chunks in your drink). They can be mixed by themselves too with vegan milk of your choice for mushroom a latte I haven’t tried some other kids like lions mane although I want to 😃
