This was by far the most educational video I've seen on gnocchi, specifically sweet potato based, my favorite. I am making this gnocchi recipe, down to the gram, this Sunday for a lovely guy and I am certain it will impress. I'm doing a creamy cashew mushroom sauce with balsamic reduction and roasted garlic and parsley on top- safe to say, he should be proposing after this here magical third date meal. Updating when this guy seals the deal after the meal!
Will be making this garlic parsley sauce for my gnocci tonight, thanks for the inspiration, was expecting this channel to have so many more views when I scrolled down!! Also excited to try the tofu paneer!
Today is Cook a Sweet Potato Day! I'm taking so time out today to learn some new sweet potato recipes! Thank you for sharing this sweet potato video. This looks like one I will defiantly have to try. I'll also be celebrating on my channel with a new sweet potato recipe. ! I hope you get to enjoy a sweet potato today! Thank you for sharing! Happy #CookASweetPotatoDay
@@HeartfulTable one thing I was thinking about, that's an awful lot of garlic considering it's raw so it must be quite punchy. Might try using less 1st time.
@@drmanhattan225 As the gnocchi are warm when you toss it through, it will break some of that strong garlic taste. You also don't use the whole batch of the garlic parsley sauce, but of course, if you feel it's too much start with less and build it up from there if you like :)
Hello! Thank you for your video. I look forward to seeing more of them. Can you please tell me if I can substitute the regular flour with almond flour? I'm trying to get away from traditional white flour.
@@HeartfulTable Thank you so much!! I'm excited to try them! I love all your details and culinary information you provide. Your recipes look so yummy, especially the cream cake, I just recently watched the video for it.
Yes 12 cloves...but you only use a small amount of the sauce in the gnocchi. You can add it to a range of different dishes, and it keeps really well. How did it turn out?
