Thank you very much for recipe, I doubled up as you suggested and it was delicious. I also added 300gm of mushrooms and few sun dried tomatoes to the onions and garlic base, worked well for me and bulked mix up nicely. Finished with grated Parmesan 👍 Many thanks
I normally use this recipie all the time but now when I go to your website I can't get get past the sign up popup. :( The banner ad blocks the x to exit it so either im forced to sign up to a subscription I'm not interested in or I just can't use this recipie anymore. :( Please rethink the design of this, it's a horrible feeling to feel strong armed into using your email.
JKH I forgot to say that my family loves your Vegan chocolate cake and the ganache is superb. I add a few tablespoons of syrup and I use 2/3 the amount of sugar in the cake. It's divine. Thank you.
JKH. I'm an Aussie living in San Francisco. I recommend that you put your recipe in Imperial measure. Americans do not understand metric at all and only a few would bother to transcribe your Metric ingredients. You would increase your following tremendously.

I come regularly to make, tbh, I could do it without the video now but I still return. I grew up on the grated version which is my preference but my daughter insists on the smooth and I have no choice
This is NOT vegan. You added Clamato juice, it has clam and fish broth. If someone is allergic shellfish or looking for vegan, beware and omit and add a different tomato juice or something else.
There is no clamato juice in this recipe? Please don't make such claims without reading the full recipe or listening to the video. I use passata which is just pureed tomatoes. It's very different.
This was by far the most educational video I've seen on gnocchi, specifically sweet potato based, my favorite. I am making this gnocchi recipe, down to the gram, this Sunday for a lovely guy and I am certain it will impress. I'm doing a creamy cashew mushroom sauce with balsamic reduction and roasted garlic and parsley on top- safe to say, he should be proposing after this here magical third date meal. Updating when this guy seals the deal after the meal!
Subbed another can of tomatoes instead passata, half red lentil and half green, moroccan seasoning instead of Italian as it was what I had in cupboard. Still tasted delicious.
This looks really good. And firm! For a household of one or two, how long would I bake this if using either half the recipe in a half-size loaf pan (or free form on baking sheet), or in muffin cups (regular, not mini)?
