Thank you for the video! For GF, there is a "meatloaf" recipe by Juliano (The Raw Uncook Book) (which I am calling "Nut Roast.") It is a bit involved, and it has almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds, so obviously doesn't work for folks who can't eat nuts. But it is GF, Vegan, and pretty amazing....I will be serving it alongside the Field Roast that was in this video. Good to know that the Trader Joe's was highly rated, we will try that one next time!
I actually live in the same city as very good butchers used to be before they shut down their restaurant. They're reopened as just food production now. Their stuff isn't my favourite but it's still pretty good and I'm sad they closed the restaurant 😢
I think if we did it out of 10 it would seem better, it always seems more drastic when the max is 5! But a 6/10 is pretty good I’d say! I enjoyed that one 😀
It's basically like saying "lactose free" milk, it's an alternative so people know what to expect, but it's vegan friendly. It's essentially a faux meat that was made to imitate turkey. Hence, "vegan" turkey! :) Hope that helps
