Ami you are so inspiring! You must be the most honest and humble person on RU-vid. It takes courage to show your real body without photoshop, your real kitchen, and real hectic life. You are now my absolute favorite RU-vidr and I can't get enough of your videos. Thank you! BTW your recipe ideas have helped me more than anything to stay on this Starch solution journey. ❤
Thank you so much for sharing the honesty of a mommy body. I can't tell you how encouraged and touched I am to see someone else with a belly like mine - stretchy and wobbly and scar marks all over. I'm so grateful. Thank you for showing me my mommy body is normal and can be beautiful too. I'm following your journey so I can keep myself on a healthy lifestyle and eating more veggies. You are a hero because you bravely accept your body and share it with us. So grateful for you Ami
You've really inspired me to start cooking oil-free, Ami! I've been vegan for 6 years and I didn't even know how to cook before my transition. To be honest, I thought it was already quite a feat making plant-based delicious food, but to do it also oil-free??!! I've been watching your videos for weeks and it took me a while to actually start cooking with no oil but this week I sauteed onions in water, airfryed tofu in the marinated soy sauce and garlic combination, made chocolate pudding with sweet potato, crispy crushed potatos in the airfryer and even a banana/apple/carrot cake. It's been a journey and I'm so surprised how food can actually taste good with no oil added to it!! Thank you so much!
Ami I LOVED this video and found it so helpful to see how you put simple foods together into a meal that's not a planned out recipe! Would love to see more videos like this, definitely not boring! ❤️
Fabulous, thank you Ami ❤ I miss your daily videos, but we all know how busy you are, so any you manage are very welcome 😊 I love the way you use your mum's kitchen as your own! 😀
Your Romie is so cute. When she tries any food, she's always so excited and says it's good before she's even chewed and swallowed any of it! Awe so cute.
Rami is so stinking cute and I often think I watch just for her. My own babies are all grown up now and grandkids are far in the future, if at all, so it gives me a lot of joy to see her little antics and how she is growing into such a wonderful and healthy child. Good job Broccoli Mum and thank you for sharing your adorable little ones with us!
I eat a 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries for an after dinner snack. I've lost 30 pounds and am at my goal weight. I've maintained that for 6 months now! I've finally realized that for me maintenance only means 100 calories more per day than what I ate to lose the weight!
I'm addicted to banana ice cream! I've eaten it several times a week for the last 3-4 years and I swear it's the best weight loss meal, not to mention delicious!
You are such a blast! I have made your chocolate pudding pie 4 times, ate 3 myself and gave one to my friend for her Kosher Sader dessert! I love how body positive you are and how much health and nutrition you introduce. Silken tofu is my new favorite!!
I had no idea you were the same height as me!!! That gives me so much hope that I could look as good as you at some point (also a mum of 2)! I really appreciate you standing there in your unmatched underwear on your period looking like a regular human who works hard to be healthy!
I love watching your videos. I love how genuine and optimistic you are…you’re truly inspiring 💞. Im always running around trying to figure out what I’m going to make for dinner and you make everything seem so easy coming up with all these delicious food ideas. Please never stop making videos!!
I get always so happy and excited when you post on RU-vid 🥰 and thank you for doing it 🙌 I can definitely see the definition of muscles on your arms and your abs , great job 👏 thank you for the chats and big hug to that sweet Rumi ☺️
Love biscuit tea! I’m in the states so I have to find places to order it, but I am totally addicted! I also tried the toast and jam one too. Very yummies if you are feeling berrylicious! ❤ Thanks for sharing!
Ami you are such a great person. Thanks for sharing & reaching out to others. I know you are helping people. How long will it take for your hands not to be orange from eating to many carrots???. God bless you from grandma Katie in Oregon,USA
I finally bought biscuit tea and get why you love it so much. It is just like a warm hug. I love it as well and drink it all the time. Thank you so much for another great realistic video. ❣️
you are lovely and inspiring! I am 58 and 5' 1 and can't loose the weight. Not to be an excuse but I teach as an early childhood teacher from 7:30 until 5 pm. I have been vegan for over 30 years, just fall to crappy processed food-even though I make whole food plant based no oil foods for my partner. Ugh, but you rock and look amazing
are you keeping chickens know or was it your neighbours i could hear . agree some people on social media are out of reach , but I always admire and think Ellen fisher is bloody amazing , her lifestyle and podcasts and her figure after five children is outstanding . also that mash potato salad looks delicious, it's got to be one of the best things you've shown for a while, super clean, simple and filling, and loved the snack plate, just shows you should go to your mom's more often, because you eat a lot better. ❤️ ❤️
If you want crunch, without adding calories, chop up celery into tiny pieces (smaller than a pea) and add that in. It gives you crunch and you can't even taste the celery. I got that idea from Tannyraw. She called them "celery sprinkles "
I have just been on the Ninja website to look at the Ninja Creami but have no idea which one I should consider buying . Any help would be gratefully received TIA X
I think that different people have different reactions to bananas. I like, but don't looove bananas and I really can't put more than one in my smoothies or "nice cream" because it actually makes me feel sick and kind of creates phlegm or something that clogs up my throat. My boyfriend can hardly eat them at all. Frozen cauliflower is a great way to add more frozen creamy bulk to the smoothie/nice cream and it has no flavor at all.
Are you still making ice cream in your ninja creami? Im interested in getting one but i want to know if its realistic to use it often enough to justify buying one haha
@@emily042794 I watched a few chef Aj did, and a live with Kathy Hester on PB with Jeremy and the Whole plant Food cooking show which gave me some ideas and now I make my own.
Actually, the reason is because it’s a trigger for her. She finds it extremely challenging to moderate the amount, I believe. Pretty sure that’s accurate.
I need to investigate biscuit tea. We were a PG Tips family when I lived in the US but I’ve settled on Tetley in Australia. 😂 Thank you for being so candid. You’ve made such an incredible change in your body composition via the WFPB way of eating and now incorporating weight lifting. I think you look gorgeous and I’m so happy that you are just working on being the best version of you. There is no competition with anyone else. All we can do is focus on what is best for us. 🙏🥰
