Wow, that veggie stir fry looks amazing! I liked how you described the mushrooms and onions: my favorite way of describing vegetables past their peak is that they are having a "nervous breakdown" haha. I have never seen anyone do stir fry on a griddle on a grill, so that was interesting. This would be a great recipe for right now since, like you said, meat prices are a lot higher than usual. Ha, nervous breakdown 🤣. I'm not much of a meat free meal person, but this was good and had so much stuff in it that I didn't miss the meat. Hopefully the prices get back to normal soon so I don't have to be a veggie eater for life. Thanks for watching & have a great weekend!

I did have a fried rice flavor to it but much better with all the veggies in it. I haven't forgotten about mentioning you in one of my videos. I always wonder if putting "Blackstone" as a tag actually works when people search for it. This was pretty good even though it was meat free. It had so much other stuff in it that I didn't really miss the meat (did I just say that?). Might have been the mushrooms. Either way, it was good. Try it out. Have a great weekend Ric!

I think the griddle surface being partially shaded & sunny messed up the focus. It looked good on the camera screen but yes it was irritating 🤬.
