Might be wise to change the reward to Gordon Ramsay Salad. This season cooking meat is hopeless.

How does a contestant get on to Hell's Kitchen that has never cooked a steak in her entire life? I get that she's a vegetarian but you'd think she's cooked non vegetarian dishes. Steak is one of those fundamental dishes that every chef should have down pat.
