Come on, folks, give me a heads up and a subscribe! It's nothing for you and everything for me. Thank YOU!!
This is Part 2 and the final episode for the pie crust table missing the top half. Now a stand alone occasional or tea table, it has a new life. Part 2 shows the center where the spindle for the top tier used to be and how I patched that up plus some more inlay work followed by finishing with a French polish.
The usual nicks, dents and chips were taken care of along the way. Any comments are certainly welcome and I read them all and respond when called for. If you want to see this from the beginning, here's s link to Part 1: • Veneer Restoration-Woo...
And thank you to my new subscribers!

Not that difficult and you can always stop and sand, then go at it some more.

Thank you. Honestly it's just a cheap import but goes to show that things don't always have to cost a lot.

No Zeke, you did not show too much detailing. Tom will tell you the viewers really like longer videos with "too much" detail time... they truly do! This was a beautiful finished product, indeed. If you want more views and subscriptions, give the viewers much more to watch... it really is interesting, Zeke!!! ...Barry ( p.s. - You must be eithjer my age, or from European background. Why?... because you now the difference between adjectives and adverbs. Only a handful of people would correctly say, "it should pop out nice and easILY"... the rest say, "nice and easy", using an adjective to modify a verb. My dear Mother was a "grammar expert", as were my early teachers. I am in my seventies, and wouldn't turn the clock back one year, Zeke... well done!!! )

Thanks, Barry. I did pay attention in English class. Not European, a CA surfer generation dude. ;-)

Absolutely, well said. ( I’m another person keen on correct grammar) I was pleased to see I can buy in the UK the graining marker you are using Zeke. I have held back from scraping my table top as I wasn’t sure how to highlight the veins of leaves and similar clear lines of demarcation. Now I am saving up for the £18 needed for the pen!!
