Thanks so much for this video. The blind company wanted to charge me $70 / ladder + $85 service charge. I was looking at over $800 plus tax to repair broken ladders. I watched your video and ordered a 100ft of ladder. I told my husband if you can fix it in 6 minutes; then I can do it in 12mintues. The first ladder took 30 minutes but I got faster. :) My solid wood blinds look as good as new.
This provides enough information, but it would be more helpful if it pointed out what you do differently for the interior ladder(s) sections. My supposition is you start on one side by putting on two ladders so you have one in place for the middle ladders. My difficult is I have one inch metal venetian mini blinds and a need a replacement slat to make re-laddering worth the both, but you don't seem to carry the 1978 color .
