Been taking care of my own deer for 35-40 years.. just last fall started cutting that steak out. (2) They are so tasty!!

Just made flat iron steaks yesterday! Tender as a backstrap! I almost always go through the trouble to get those before cutting up the rest for stews/curries.

What size deer did you pull those steaks from?
