I just remember that recipe in which chef said that his mentor adviced him to peel off the outer flesh (skin ) from the regular peeling just to ensure that it does not create a disturbance in textures . Do you remember that ?? this reminds me of that Durga Lunch Home's recipe wonderful Chef . Keep posting more such videos
