I only have recently joined the channel sir, but I immediately made your paneer butter masala recipe and today I made Kerai kootu it’s tasted amazing. As I am a vegetarian this channel is my haven! I have never been confident with South Indian cuisine but with your channel I feel confident!!!!

I was working in Andhra Pradesh for 6 years & left A.P six months back... I miss this Kantipodi very much... We use to get this as a starter of our meal along with ghee.... Your gesture of introduction of this recipe took me back to my A.P days... Thank you for providing the recipe sir....Surely, I will try this at home..

I love all your recipes. After the first corona wave I started watching cookery videos. I am a teacher I loved to do all home chores except cooking. I did not know many recipes and variants. Daily morning breakfast idlee and coconut chutney . Afternoon rice, sambar or any one kuzhambu plus a vegetable. Night dosa Or chappathi and dal. This has become mechanical in our home. Now I am cooking variety dishes on seeing some cooking videos of aghraharam samayal, yogambal sundar, chitra murali, and yours. Out of all i love your style and immediately I am trying and my routine has changed my cooking became colourful. And i like your attitude towards dislikers. Continue your work. Baba will take care of you

And our kitchens are now filled with joy and happiness you express when you cook. It became so infectious 😃. Spreading through Japan.

Fantastic and wonderful paruppu podi sad am sir. Even though I am a telugu girl I didn't even learn such a tasty paruppu podi sadam from our people. You taught me in a easy way sir. Thank you chef.
