I was working in Andhra Pradesh for 6 years & left A.P six months back... I miss this Kantipodi very much... We use to get this as a starter of our meal along with ghee.... I love all your recipes. After the first corona wave I started watching cookery videos. I am a teacher I loved to do all home chores except cooking. I did not know many recipes and variants. Daily morning breakfast idlee and coconut chutney . Afternoon rice, sambar or any one kuzhambu plus a vegetable. Night dosa Or chappathi and dal. This has become mechanical in our home. Now I am cooking variety dishes on seeing some cooking videos of aghraharam samayal, yogambal sundar, chitra murali, and yours.
