I'm sure Venom wins in brute strength, in the final battle he was able to lift the entire gym at Peter's school (yes, using the tentacles, but they are still extensions of your body, that is, physical strength), while Homelander wasn't able to lift a plane
it's debatable if Homelander couldn't have lifted the plane without a platform to stand on, since it seemed like a possibility to Queen Mave. It's possible he could have with admittedly considerable effort. so instead I'll point to Venom on many occasions overpowering two Spider-Men, both of which have easy city level feats better than most of the Seven have, and one getting their abilities greatly enhanced just by wearing the Venom symbiote. Even when heavily sedated and docile as Agent Venom it's abilities were very comparable to Peter's. If anything I'd say Venom lifting the school was somewhat of a casual feat lol Homelander meanwhile couldn't get up when three normal strengthed supes were holding him down, or was knocked down by a car falling ontop of him Venom is gonna mutilate his face like Davy Jones did to that guy in the third pirates movie XD
Venom had Battle Experience and age experience hes been around planets, solar systems, galaxies, and so many hosts, and depending on where hes been, it could be centuries on earth, he has much more experience than Homelander, possibly decades more.
Tbh I can picture Venom convincing homelander to join his cause to heal the world, it’ll make him feel loved and wanted and adored, imagine homelander with a symbiote

Homelander can move fast enough he made Butcher genuinely believe he had just a weird dream/hallucination with him. Its a classic instance of one character being so much faster than the other only bad writing can save the latter. Even if venom manages to survive against his laser vision and sonic scream, he can just throw him into space since homelander can survive in space.

@@hayabusa2360 Homelander flies at the speed of sound, he can create sound waves and vibrations, his speed is close to Flash, Venom will not have time to blink before Homelander will already destroy him. And and Homelander is not vulnerable to Venom's attacks.
I would give the abilities to Homelander, because Venom has two weaknesses: 1) Loud sounds. 2) Fire. Homelander has lasers from her eyes that can fry Venom

No you clapped fuck. Venom has eaten missiles and cannot get damaged by literally anything unless weakened with sound or antivenom first. Homelander has almost no battle experience while venom since his incarnation into spider man has been fighting constantly. Venom is literally Harry Osborne as well who is a genius scientist...agility goes to venom as he was able to jump from wall to wall up towers avoiding gunshots and missiles from several SWAT teams, not to mention he has the reflexes to react to these bullets. Endurance goes to him as I said venom can tank everything and even with most of his body destroyed he can rebuild himself while Homelander was gassed fr getting hit by cap America ripoffs punches. Venoms abilities are more numerous and more powerful than homelanders. Venom dominates low diff at most

A advantage homelander has over venom is that homelander can yell so loud he creates a ripple in the air, and symbiotes are sensitive to loud noise (a big example being bells)
Venom takes speed. Symbiotes can travel beyond Supersonic speeds (Mach 30+) and dodge bullets, missiles easily and also reaction speed/reflexes are FTL . Venom also has better adaptation capabilities and Strength
None of these feats are Mach 30. Bullets and rockets are only supersonic. Venom is, in fact, Massively Hypersonic (which is much faster than Mach 30) based of scaling from Spider-Man who can dodge lightning. No, not FTL, that's just crazy wank.
Venom is immune to fire, electricity and is pretty resistant to sound so there's not a lot that Homelander can do since Venom can regenerate incredibly fast. Keep in mind as well, Venom took over a city in a few seconds with his pet rock.
And then what? Insomniac Venom doesn't care about Heat, and even if Concentrated it should do little Damage His Sonic Scream, ok, but his Laser Eyes, not so much of a Problem

One of Venom's key weaknesses is its vulnerability to sonic attacks and fire. While both characters are incredibly powerful, Homelander may have the advantage due to his wider range of abilities, as well as his flight and invulnerability.

He never used it in the show plus venom only gets annoyed with sound heat vision dont work this venom immune to heat and venom was able to beat spiderman so he has a light reaction speed atleast im still wondering how mj survived and reacted to venom attack but whatever spiderman/yuri went against superior spiderman who is 616 basically and reacted to his attacks so yeah venom gotta be busted so speedblitz aint gon work if homelanders head is gone
Also venom here does not have the fire weakness and sound only weakens him doesn't harm him. And venom has reacted to bullets and missiles he can easily react to homelander
Homelander has sonic scream but he would panic and only use heat vision as he has no sense of strategy in fights he probably wouldn’t even realise sound hurts him that much even if he used it
