Arpeggiator of Dave Smith Pro 2 driving a Verbos Complex Oscillator. The VCA and the Verbos Dual Four Pole are modulated by the same ADSR. The Make Noise Math adding some organic LP cutoff dirt in the process as well.
Wonderful! The mood of this sequence reminds me of TD's Sorcerer somehow, although it's neither the sound nor the sequence. BTW: what reverb is used? Just add an overdub with some dark pad sound and this is a full track.
hi Till, thanks! The reverb is the shimmering plugin by Valhalla. I'll see if I can make something more of it. But I have to b careful not to destroy THIS track with it :)
You sold me on it!! Lol what do you think of this filter being my first filter ever for modular world? Im finally doing a small case what else do you recommend? I picked the erica synths wavetable for my osc not sure what else to get.. I make deep house, techno, tech house, also progressive house and electro.. even drum & bass
Boele, it sounds fantastic. Verbos stuff is some of the most organic currently produced euro modules i've heard. what is your experience with CO range in accurate tracking? some users mentioned its not its strongest side. it sounds solid here, expect for perhaps an odd note here n there in higher register.
+clusterchord1 He, organic. That is the right word indeed! :) Tracking is more than good enough to me. Indeed losing it a little in the higher range but within a musical way. I *love* this oscillator. But all his modules are gold. Really. The guy has the best ears of all synth/module designers alive on this planet.
+ Boele I love the sound and melody great texture and depth. I really want to get into some of the Verbos stuff. I know you're using the the 4 pole filter but which oscillator are you using?
Pierre-Emmanuel Maréchal yes, as audio vca. It has 4 inputs with cv control, panning and some modulation tricks. And it adds some very nice saturation at higher levels which I like so much on almost any Verbos module
