I can't express how much I agree with this video. Your analysis of Savage Opress and the brothers' force abilities was much better than most Versus RU-vidrs. Hope you make more videos with this quality!

I believe that the duel between these three would play out similarly to the duel between Ventress, Savage and Dooku only Maul is a much more accomplished fighter than Ventress even if they are comparable in their style. The only difference is that they would be a better with Maul covering Savage's weakness to force lightning by pressuring far better than Ventress who Dooku was able to fend off while repeatedly hitting Savage with lightning. I do believe that if the two brothers attack Dooku together for a sustained amount of time, he would be overwhelmed especially since it was shown that Savage's strikes in the aforementioned duel throw Dooku back against a wall. The main way for Dooku to win is through tactics. If Dooku can get Savage 1v1 for a short amount of time without the intervention of Maul then Dooku would be able to beat Savage through his superior skill and experience, before beating Maul in a tough end to the duel. Maul and Dooku are close enough in skill for a duel to last for a while but I believe Dooku would win in a 1v1 scenario. tldr; Dooku wins if he can get Savage on his own but will crumble against their combined might if he has to fight it for too long. Maul, being faster than his brother will likely know this and try and keep together with his brother. It all depends on how Dooku executes his tactics.

I'm not even sure whether Dooku takes the edge in sabers. Maul is not far behind him in skill, adding Savage in would tip the scales in their favour - and their aggressive fighting and brutal fighting styles would tax the Count. At the same time, Dooku has colossal amounts of force reserves, so I wouldn't say the Count would tire after dispatching Maul. In fact, he went toe to toe with Skywalker even after Skywalker bent the Count's wrists with his strikes earlier on to the point that each blow heavily taxed his reserves. Maul in this case isn't Anakin's level in terms of strength. I'd say the team wins around 9/10 here. Dooku can possibly win a round if he can single out either brother and utilise all his edges of the economy of movement and minimum expenditure of energy. But the brother's huge advantage in TK, plus their superior duelling skill and overwhelmingly superior physical advantage would win them a huge majority.

I think a confident Maul along with his brother have a really good chance vs a 83 yr old year old Dooku.

This was a really cool setup! After all, Sidious didn't seem all that challenged when facing these two by himself, so it was fun to see how Dooku might do in the same scenario. I think another cool fight would be Oppress and Maul vs. Yoda. Yoda's stronger than Dooku and although he doesn't seem to be quite up to par with Sidious, he's more than a challenge for him, so I think pitting him against the two brothers would definitely be a close (and epic) fight.

I have to agree in a one on one duel with either Maul or Savage Dooku would win but if the brothers team up against the Count while Dooku would not go down easily he would still eventually lose. He fought good against Savage and Ventress for a while without tiring and was able to land telekinetic and physical blows and contend for a long period of time with there speed, agility, reflexes, durability, and strength. Even though Dooku is more powerful then both of them and has more powers at his disposal as well as being more tactical in using them I still think his main weakness here is he cannot handle two skilled opponents for a long period of time and he lacks more stamina and endurance even though he can last for a long time still not as long as the siblings here. There is a reason Sidious did not send Dooku to fight both Maul and Savage at the same time while Dooku can handle one of them he cannot handle both of them at the same time.

Other than saying Dooku is the better Duelist, that was Good work.

I think that the fight would go like you said until just after Savage is killed, however I think that when Maul tried to blitz Tyrannus the count would evade the majority of strikes before telekinetically throwing Maul across the room. While the Zabrak would recover he would be disoriented leaving him open to a disarming strike performed by the elderly count, by the time Maul recovered he would either be impaled or decapitated by Dooku. Thus I believe Dooku is the victor.

Holy smokes you guys gave Maul a ton of coverage here lol I don't believe that their combined force powers would overcome the immense powers of Dooku but I think the outcome is likely. Dooku could defeat either alone but doesn't have the stamina to defeat them together.

Great video, while I do see your reasoning I think dooku actually takes the slight majority. I believe dooku should have taken the force category as well considering he is shown to use the force more efficiently and is shown using it more in a duel than the brothers have, especially considering maul seems to only have been as good as savage when he is desperate. Dooku's wider range of variety in the force also gives him a advantage so really I only see the brother's advantage in he force abilities is raw power, but dooku's abilities have been designed for duels like this in my opinion. There is also dooku's stamina, in attack of the clones we have to remember he fought obi won, anikin and then yoda in minutes, while it was a 1v1 each time it would be noteable that dooku had to use some of his energy to deal with the first two even if he didn't take Kenobi that seriously. If this didn't happen I could see the fight between yoda and dooku lasting longer. Good video nether the less, I just think dooku would come out on top since he is use to fight people similar to this.

While I do agree that Dooku would likely fall to Maul and Savage I see in the comments a number of posters commenting that Sidious kept Dooku from facing Maul and Savage as Dooku would lose. I disagree. Sidious would have a different reason to keep Dooku from facing Maul and Savage. I feel that the main reason that Dooku wasn't sent against Maul and Savage is that it might reveal to Dooku Sidious's attitude towards apprentices. It might make Dooku wonder what is in his future. Dooku knew that Sidious intended to turn Anakin to the dark side but thought that Sidious would abandon the rule of two. If Dooku realises that Sidious intends to kill him off Dooku might seek to partner with Maul and Savage. Sidious might fear a combination of Dooku + Maul + Savage + Talzin if she still lives. Talzin and Dooku could teach each other a lot about the force as they are both students of different aspects of the force and both could elevate Maul and Savage. Sidious needed to keep Dooku apart from Maul and Savage.

I'd say Dooku. Savage and Maul are too powerful but Dooku is smarter and more experienced. This gives him a huge advantage. Savage and Maul give him a good fight.

Doesn't juyo require multiple forms. And does savage know any forms of lightsaber combat except perhaps shi Cho and very basic makashi. His fighting style is based of zabrak martial arts and they use double bladed weapons.

I think Dooku could win. He is far more powerful than he seemed. He can take enemies down easily and quickly if he has to. And in lightsaber combat Savage and Maul are nowhere near Dooku's level. I believe Dooku's lightsaber skills are more than enought to take them down. And I'm not even talking about force abilities. He was much more powerful in the dark side than both of them. Not having sith eyes doesn't matter because those eyes represent how enraged you are in life and how much you let the dark side control your emotions. Dooku is one of the most powerful sith ever because of how great he channelled the dark side and mantain focus. Also, you can't ignore the fact that Dooku would never let his guard down or make the same mistake he made with Anakin, if he was fighting Maul. Remember, he killed Qui Gon.. So.. Dooku would want hard revenge of that. Therefore, I seriously doubt Dooku would go easy on them.

Dooku would win. Not easily, but it would not be the struggle some think. If he can take it to Anakin and Obi-Wan he can deal with the two flashy, but ultimately underwhelming, brothers. Frankly, he would kill Oppress quickly and then focus on Maul. Basing a judgement on Dooku's fight against Oppress and Ventress does not take into account the situation. A 2-on-1 fight takes space for the single combatant. Even Sidious needed room in his duel on Mandalore. Oppress and Ventress got the drop on Dooku and he was cornered. In the best possible of conditions they failed to kill him. Oppress is exceptionally strong, but his swordsmanship is sloppy, has no technique and he would not last long against Dooku. He'd be killed first, and then Dooku would dispatch Maul. Because Maul offers nothing that Dooku has not experienced from better opponents. Maul is not on the same level of Dooku in Force power or ability, and at the very best Maul might be a near match in swordsmanship. Maul is not stronger than Anakin, and no faster than Ventress or Yoda. Indeed, Maul may not even necessarily have a speed advantage on Dooku considering how fast the old man moved on Oba Diah. Dooku is simply a better duelist than Maul, a tier ahead in Force strength, skill and knowledge, and would overwhelm him after a moderate fight.

This is one matchup I keep going back and forth on. If each brother fought Dooku individually, they'd lose. Savage would fall more easily, since Dooku has exploited his weakness in tunnel vision before. Maul would be harder to beat, but Dooku has more skill I think, having learned from both Sidious and Yoda, which is an important factor to consider. Together, I would say yes that Dooku would possibly be beaten, but I am not personally definite with that. If Savage's lightsaber gets sliced, he'll be at a serious disadvantage, since it doesn't have the same features Maul's old lightsaber had. So if one brother was to fall first, I would definitely agree it would be Savage. On the other hand, Maul would be in a less of a tight spot since he has more martial skills to fall back on than Savage. However, I would still personally side with Dooku for the slimmest of advantages due to his greater refinement and diverse skill set. I'd agree that this verdict is a plausible scenario where Dooku would lose, but I do not think the count's achievements are below the brothers'. So my verdict would be Dooku wins 5.1/10; any less, I feel, would be unjust to Maul and Savage.

Just found you channel today and I like it. Although I have to say I slightly disagree with your verdict. The thing to remember they already know each other. They fought together. But I think Dooku would make better use of it. The brothers are quite easily overwhelmed by Force attacks and I'm sure the Count would exploit it very early on and a lot. Not to take this personally. I agree with your analysis, but I believe when dooku is tired and recovering he would land a force choke on maul and would strip him of his lightsabers with the force like he did to ventures, and then torture him with force lighting similar to how sidious did, while less powerful than sidious lightning it will still bring maul to his knees, dooku would t waste a chance and swiftly decapitate him

I disagree with this alot actually. Dooku is a superior duelist and superior in the force. Just because maul gets extremely angry dosent mean he is guaranteed to beat Dooku. Dooku could probablly throw some force lighting and kill maul then. Count dooku would get hit before but his pace could still be brought back up. So, yah Dooku is the true winner here but I respect your opinon.

This was great though I cant see maul and savage using a force push against dooku. I think they would just try to keep it strictly lightsaber based due to his advantage, which I also think he would have over them. Though not in magnitude but skill.

Maul could more than likely solo Dooku. But winning against Dooku alone? Im not sure about that. But with Savage? Easily. Maul held his own against Sidious. Maul's physical capabilities and conditioning are to the extreme. Dooku would get fatigued due to old age against Maul alone. But then throw in Savage as well. I don't see Dooku having a problem with taking out Savage, but by the time that happens, he'd be too tired to face Maul alone. So i'd give this one to the Night brothers.

I just found your channel and i already like it! But to be real if it was Maul & Savage VS Dooku i dont know who would win Dooku is easily a better force wielder then both of them, And in terms of lightsaber combat i know maul's main form is juyo (but im not so sure about savage's form as i dont really watch TCW so i will say a mix of Djem So & juyo) and as Dooku uses form 2 makashi which does not do to well against strength attacks but Dooku makes the best of it, so with both of them attacking at the same time dooku would have a hard time but in the end i really think that Dooku could push through it and win.

As much as I hate to say it, the nightbrothers would beat Dooku, well done guys! I still think Sci-Fi Soup needs to slow down and enunciate more but it was still a really good video.

In the fight Dooku faces Savage first because he dont want to get force pushed or pressed harder if he lose balance in his technics.Then Maul will atack him directly with his Form 7 and tries to disbalance or make him tired.Dooku would see this and killed Savage after a long time fighting but it would be too late and he will be tired and killed by Maul

I liked the video, however I disagree. Yes, Maul and Savage's force powers are powerfull when put together but dooku has competed and surpased people who have used way stronger force powers and has more variety then both of them. Also Maul and Savage's force wall was broken by Palpatine easily and Dooku does have weaker force powers than Palpatine but it is roughly as strong as him when he is barley trying(like in the Maul and Savage fight). We can all agree about Dooku's blade skill being superior. I would give the advantage the Dooku a 7/10 majority. Still a great video though!
