Bailed on my 2020 vertical 300 and landed on the clutch line going into the basket area so I am replacing the whole cover as the thread got screwed, anyway this video has helped give me confidence to do the work myself. Thanks shawn!

Thanks Richard! Yeah I sure wish I had a nice garage, with a fancy cement floor. Instead I have a small wooden shed that no matter how many times I've swept still seems to magically spawn sand lol. Glad you enjoyed it and hopefully it helps somebody else when it comes time for them to get in there. I will try to video thel replacement of the worn parts when they come in.
I did change the gears, yes. I attempted to film the process, but it didn't turn out well, the filming, not the repair lol. Getting to the gears was covered in this video. As far as replacing the kickstart gear and idler gear, it isn't difficult, but the way the system is it prevents you from testing your work without reinstalling the clutch cover first. That got me confused and I thought I had done something wrong. Turned out you just can't test it like you could a Scorpa kickstart.
