All you need to do is adjust tick over at 1400 revs/mn. No more than 30ml synthetic two stroke oil to 5 litres of petrol. Then keep the 6 spark plug and everything will be fine. The nut is 7mm and the Allen key is 2mm. Apart from that, very good modifications you've done to your bike. Congratulations. 👍

The throttle body has a brass air bypass adjustment screw that can be used for tick over adjustment. Using it does not put the TPS out of calibration,. It works the same as the Monty FI adjuster, CCW (turn out) to raise engine speed. I have found on my 2023 250 it has a lesser effective range than on my Montesa. I set it to 1400 rpm, up from 1200 as delivered, I have yet to foul a single BPMR6A plug while burning Canadian Chevron 94 Non Ethanol.
