A very tasty and healthy blueberry bagel, the dough is kneaded with the moisture of blueberries and tofu and sweetened from currant berries. There is no need time for proofing. Here is a simple, easy and very tasty bagel recipe.
ingredients
===================
300g of regular tofu
2 tablespoons of sugar (30ml, 25g)
2/3 teaspoon of salt (4g)
½ cup of defrosted frozen blueberries (120ml, 75g)
1/3 cup of dried currant berries (80ml, 50g)
2 teaspoons of instant dry yeast (10ml, 6g)
Plain flour (or strong flour) 2.5~3 cups (600~720ml, 360~430g)
At 180 degrees (355F) fan forced for 17-18 minutes
