This recipe is perfect, finally giving us the wonderful taste of our Sunday crêpes, and the gelatine gives these crepes a perfect texture.
They handle well, important to use an 8″ pan, with a thick bottom and good non-stick. You also need a thin spatula. It takes patience, you have to wait until the crepe is cooked through before flipping it.
