Francisco and Eric are earning the pay! They might be late every once and a while but overall ideal employees. Hope they are rewarded for the dependability. They’ve definitely stepped up to the plate the past 6 months.

Good morning. I hope everyone is doing good. We did have a couple of rough days in a row but I made some changes that I believe will help which you will see in future videos. Just to clarify since a few people have asked me. The picture framing on the edges of the patio was NOT on the contract and I was not obligated to do it. I told him we would just to be nice. The concrete was past the point of getting the impression and I was unable to complete it. I called him and told him right away and he was completely fine with it. He was very satisfied and is planning on having us back in the spring to replace his driveway. Have a great weekend!

Every time I hear Eric laugh, he reminds me of my late oldest brother. His answer to everything was a giggle. It’s been 30 years but I still miss him like yesterday.

Erik and Fransisco have been real-life savers for the business, two awesome hires in the last year, love to see it!

Ryan, when I worked for a big plumbing company we used to build a 2x4 box around the tub drain and fill it with sand. Box was about 8x12" s .That allowed room to dig in a 2" p trap😊 .

Ryan you need 2 more guys that work like Eric and Francisco and you're set. I know Daryl comes in clutch SOMETIMES because of the CDL however the work output is just not eve worth it with him. I know "good help is hard to find" but its out there and with the notoriety you have now you can find guys.

It’s hard to run a business and be friends with your employees when you are friends with your employees 80% of them will start trying to take advantage of you and in the concrete world you can’t be short people it’s just hurts the people who do show up !!

Ryan, I'm in a VASTLY different profession, but I deal with frequent call ins on my team as well. You're doing a great job and I enjoy the videos so much! Also Francisco is the MVP. He always shows up!

I've noticed a pattern so far the past two seasons it's the same old thing with Daryl he starts out gets fired halfway through the season and then rehired at the beginning of the next season

Well Marcel was doing ok in the beginning, but he's calling out almost every other week. And Darryl just keeps taking advantage of his friendship he has with Ryan. Really sad Ryan has to go through this.
