Those bits you used for grinding away the putty are called burrs. Sometimes they're made out of carbide so they're called carbide burrs sometimes they're made out of high-speed steel if you're doing wood or softer materials but if you wanted buy more on the internet you would look up carbide or high-speed steel burrs. I believe those are 1/8th in. Shank
Good morning sir. I am from India sir. I have Kinetic luna super electronic. It's engine same as the ciao, vespa, Piaggio. My problem is the crankcase petrol sheet hole is very small. Engine not run by when exelarator dawn. Cylinder size 38 mm 0.4mm piston. So plz help me what can I do.
@semke I bought a 70 cc cylinder kit with 12 mm pin, will the new piston fit in the original crankshaft arm hole? or do I need to purchase a new crankshaft to fit the pin in the hole?
the original crankshaft of mine was with a p10 mm connection. so you may have to buy another one. I don't know about other models but with my vespa piaggio ciao 25km / hour, it was a p10 mm connection
we call this port matching. this simply ensures that there is a better flow from crankcase to cylinder. there are several levels that you can do this. you can go extreme or normal. what I've done is still pretty normal. but you are under no obligation to do so. your moped will run even if you don't.
