I wont say why I got it, or why I got another wheel, but I will say it is an impressive wheel for what it offers in a compact form factor.

Congrats, bud! I got my Patton delivered today too. Mine will stay in the box for another few weeks until my fractured collarbone is feeling up to the task of unboxing (and riding, of course).

I do not normally do reviews, but I will chime in here and there about what I think about the wheels. Thanks for watching! In your case the Patton or even Sherman-S will not be good stealth camping wheels. Too heavy , too bulky . Honestly OG sherman is better for that, but if you really needed one of the wheels for your adventures, then go for the Patton, it is just going to be heavy to lug around , but the build quality is super insane on this.

@@WILSONsHobbies Cool! Yea, if got something like the Patton, it would be my fun wheel. Not that the OG Sherman is not still a blast. The Sherman is the stable workhorse for camps and commuting, while the Patton would be a cool trail wheel.

I honestly miss the wonky rear trolley handles of the ol Msupers. I liked knowing that if anyone tried to be cheeky and walk off with it, it would try to run away from them.

haha that would be a sight to behold, especially a theif trying to figure out how they can take it without running out of breath liifting a heavy wheel around , let alone, learn how to turn it on in the heat of the moment

Put loctide on the bolts. Secure the battery with double sided tape.

Make sure to take it apart and tighten all the bolts. They come super loose from the factory.

I just got my Patton from eWheels and it was very easy to get used to an rides great. Love the suspension and power and this comes from the perspective of a Master rider. It was purchased to ride primarily off-road and I'm sure it will be very capable of that task. The 16" makes it nimble and that will take some getting used to. Nimbleness is a double-edged sword.

Yea exactly, this is a good wheel for excelling more for offroad adventures but still capable for mixed terrain usage. It is a no brainer to have a smaller wheel for that type of terrain. A wheel i dont mind getting dirty, dented and beat up. It feels pretty much like the Sherman-S and the fact the fastace suspension is fitted on this compact euc is just a no brainer

Yeaaaa buddy go ahead rip it on it haha j/k nope no one is ripping on this when demoing this wheel :p Keeping the knobby for now. Plan is to use this wheel as the beater up wheel and use it in all conditions , especially throughout winter.

Do you recommend the Clark pads for this wheel?

Im accustomed to the red ones seen in this video that i switched over from my Master. The side pads that sent over along with the Patton were not my cup of tea initially. To fit traditional pads on there you have to remove the jump block. This wheel also most likely will not fit large jumbo pads . There is not a lot of surface area along the side.

First impression just straight out of the box, it felt like just the Sherman-S , smaller form factor though. Seems to be more playful . Ive been wicked busy since the editing of this video so I will let you all know more when I have time. This week is a very busy week :p
