Excellent review. You concentrate in the bag and not the tools like most of reviewers out there.

Veto needs to make the XL size with one meter pocket vs the two on the xxl

I've used the TP-XL for a couple of years and really like it for many of the reasons shown here. My biggest complaint is the depth of the plastic base. If you place your bag on an uneven surface, it tips over easily. If you have a bit of a hill or for whatever reason, with it fully loaded it's gonna tip over. I spent a little time moving tools around in the bag to try to make the weight more evenly distributed but still have issues. I thought about mounting some type of stabilizers but don't really want to screw anything into the base. No real good solution. I'm probably gonna buy the TP-XXL because I want the meters outside of the bag so I have more room for my drill, etc., inside the bag. I need to find out the dimensions of the base before opening my wallet. Liked the comparison and highly recommend the TP-XL even with my complaint. Well worth it. I don't have the XXL but I'll probably really like it too

Looks like a great bag. Just incase theres some weirdos like me out there, 😂. I have a few Veto’s and use them slightly directly. I do commercial HVAC. I have a MB2 for bare essentials (meter, pliers, multi-screwdriver, multi grips and small shifter, allan keys, knife, digi-therm, torch, handful of electrical connectors and tech bits, tape measure, zup ties, lockout tags, tape) can add a small electric screwdriver driver if I am feeling lazy, and that gets me through 99% of service calls to the point where I know what I need to fix it, quote or gain further approval. Can throw a few other bits in if I know what Im likely gonna find. Most electrical repairs or minor repairs etc can be sorted with this. Light weight and portable is the name of the game. Then I get my “repair bag” . I think its a Veto TC? which has most of the same just bigger or extra. Looks kind of similar to what this vidoes setup is. 1/4 sockets, impact, full allen keys , torx, impact driver, few drill bits, ratchet, tech bits etc. ill drag this out when I expect to pull a unit apart and swap a fan motor / pulley / PCB. Not so cumbersome that I cant drag it through a room space etc, and not so heavy that i can throw it over my shoulder and go for a walk. Unlike domestic work, commercial can be a lot of remote parking and walking to site. Less is more, and being selective and specific for the tools you carry can mean 10kg lighter toolbag. Lastly my veto backpack, or “getting shit done” bag. Half empty. I load this up with all the specific and heavy tools I need for valve changes, big motor or pump swaps etc. 15” shifters, steelsons, pry bars, 3/4” socket set, come-alongs, rope etc. this comes along when Ive got a big job and need to transport my gear up onto roofs, up stairs etc. it’s probably 20kg most jobs its needed and the Veto handles it well. 10 years and counting.
