Can I install Gate Titan mosfet to this Gearbox? It looks just like standard gearbox system. If selector plate is not too different from standard one, I think it is possible.
I feel like im scracthing up my gearbox when taking off the upper receiver... can you give any insight you can give? Am I doing something wrong or does it just scratch a bit, I have to pull a good bit to get it off and sometimes I need to try a bit to get it back on. I small tiny piece fell out aswell but it seems useless.
there is actually a very small piece that is located in the lower receiver that catches the pin brackets of the upper receiver if you look down the side of the lower carefully, you will see it. that protrusion has no useful purpose at all and i have actually just cut it off entirely without any issues arising.
If you could do a teardown on the e&c/specna m4&M16 RIS/GL versions, I would hugely appreciate it. Really want a M16 with good externals. Don't know where to get one...
do you know the gear ratio? I'm planning a DMR build, my field limit is 500fps so I will try to use an m150 or 160 to get there (it could be a 140 it depends haha) and was considering keeping the gears
this is the exact same gearbox they use for the avalon series guns, the gearbox is fantastic, good airseal, just awful shim job (i wish they atleast used the autoshims... )
Please never put Teflon tape in a gun. Anyone reading this, never put teflon tape in a gun. JFC...... I would bet 10,000$ if you sent me a gun with teflon tape in it, and I took it out the FPS would be the exact same.
