I think i should join Montgomery heart journey. I'm 65 and have afib. I want off all meds. Beta blocker, refuse blood thinners. I pop one in my mouth when i go in Afib. It been almost 2 years. I need to do the diet a 100 percent. And also high raw. Im glad i found this Doctor
