The above offender was arrested on November 30, 2022, in the 10000 block of W. O’Hare St. He was identified as the offender who shot and killed a 20-year-old male on March 7, 2022, in the 6600 block of S. Morgan (7th District). The offender was located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, extradited to Chicago and subsequently charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
