I’m loving these videos! I’ve been trying to learn enough Vietnamese to actually have some basic conversations so that I’ll have a good foundation when I finally get there. I feel like with that and videos like these, I’ll be much better prepared to find great experiences there than if I just watched typical “tour” videos. Also, I feel you on wishing you’d discovered a place before...but doesn’t it feel good to know that there are always more amazing places to discover? 😀

?? I think the Banh Canh are special noodles, made of rice and tapioca, not udon ? As far as I know this is unique to Vietnam, and if I want to eat it I have to make it myself! I'm getting around to it, probably following "Helen's Recipes" method. You make a kind of dough, and press it into boiling water.

how about saigon trafic rules... in back side the ambolance is stuck in trafic and hourning and they are not clearing way for ambolance.,... i think people are not that much valuble in vietnam

HAIDER KHAN even they want, they can't. The road is so small and crowed in Saigon. Thats why there are so many motorbikes in there. Car is not convenient there tho.

HAIDER KHAN - lives in VN or China is worthless even lesser than the animals in US. It is sad but that's true. During the hurricane, government can open the dams to protect the dams w/o any warning or evacuate people living below the dams. Many people were killed by sudden flood. That is what communist regime, don't care the lives of its citizens.

OMG get your information checked before you put it out there . They do warning but people never evacuate because they are uneducated and dont know about the dangerous of flooding. They just want to stay and save whatever they can but (apparently) not their fucking lives. You can say all the stuff you want about the goverment , but dont say shit about people who do the evacuation work. They risk their own life doing the job , but nooooo people have to blame them when someone just want to stay there because those retards think the house can still make it through.

I love seat food but I'm vegan, very confusing to me n you too, so my nephew take me buffet now n then like few times a year n I indulge yourself in search food. Stop it, i’m starving. How come you get back while others find many ways to get rid of this noisy polluted crazy pace of life. I want to be a part of some positive contribution to this country but I feel so helpless. For an English teacher you end a lot of your sentences with prepositions; pluralize fish and shrimps all the time. I hope you don't teach your students these bad habits. I don't like the way you at that chicken leg. Love your videos, though :)

+Chaudilocks please give me specific examples of ending my sentences with prepositions and pluralising fish and shrimps incorrectly so I can improve. But I also want to clarify that I am not an English teacher and what you see on RU-vid is a lot different than what happens in a classroom. Also fish and shrimps can be used in a plural form depending on the situation

+Chaudilocks also, the point of teaching esl to kids is to get them to be active and try or to pass tests for school. They dont need to be robotic perfect. Most native English speakers make mistakes all the time in grammar and even pronunciation. Factor in a camera, style, and editing and im sure many mistakes will be made.

www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/shrimp according to Merriam webster dictionary plural is shrimp or shrimps. and fishes refer to different species of fish.
