With something that wouldn't catch your eye walking by but instead you have to hear about Uncle Sang's Bun Cha Gio through word of mouth. Making small batches it's the little things that make this a special bowl of noodles.

Banh Canh Cua Chau Lan - Auntie Le and Uncle Chau have been in this spot at Binh Tay Market for 40 years. Even though they have been here for along time, it's the smile they give you that makes your realize how this how become a staple spot to stop for so many. Located in one of the most iconic markets, make sure to stop here for some traditional Banh Canh Cua where each ingredient is given the attention and love it deserves.
