I think this is my favorite property you've shared since I began watching in this past year. The mansion is kindred to what I connect to as a home and I see the potential in restoring it to a home.
Thanks, Danilo, for another amazing video. The Villa Fatti is pure luxury, overlooking the beautiful historic center of the town, not to mention the Italian garden. The villa has so many possibilities, like a private home, a business restaurant, being subdivided into multiple residential units, or a luxury boutique hotel. The possibilities are endless. I love the small lemon house, which could also be used as a summer living area. I also love the frescoes, coffered ceilings, and original stone fireplaces. Furthermore, I can imagine how it looked when it was all original before modifying the villa. Besos💋
Ciao Danilo, this is just beautiful, I have mixed feeling on what to do with it, I would love to make it a single-family villa, but I do like the idea of maybe using the main floor and basement for a cooking school as well, so many possibilities. Looks like this building have been used as an office or head quarters for some food business in the past . The setup and equipment is really good, like a high class showroom . Love the golden look of this building when the sun hits the outside walls . So beautiful .
A most astute observation, especially in view of the fact that Danilo specfically stated [@ 4:31] that the "property is owned by a company in the food industry."! lol In the previous video that Romolini Inc made about this villa, it was mentioned that this corporate concern did the original restoration of the estate, and thusly customized it to their own needs, as both a head office and a test kitchen facility.
I had a touch of deja vu watching this. If you plough back a couple of years, you'll find another Danilo tour of this property, covering different features of the property, a view of the famous fresco mentioned at the beginning of this tour and a guest appearance by Winnie the Pooh!

I have seen some beautiful elegant homes in my time but this is the best of all it is timeless this home i would call simple elegance due to the fact it is not overly done merging upon gaudy this home is perfect if only I could afford
The ;windows and iron work on the top floor were charming. Someone is going to be very happy there. I think the energy bills might be a concern. But if the person has the money for the house, then I assume energy bills would be but of no consideration. We missed you while you took a break. @@alessiab376 It's not just Italians who are sensitive. I researched the property 2 years ago but decided the task of de-institutionalising the interior was too much. And it's not only the interior; the grounds need major work too. I'd want to send in a fleet of diggers to remove the hard parking areas and then a fleet of lorries with new soil...... And.....!
Beautiful property. Having been transformed to a corporate space, the interiors didn't interest me but it would be interesting to find out what someone might do with it to turn it into a private residence.

I don’t think it would be too hard to convert into a family home in the basement level could be converted into a a huge kitchen butler s pantry dining room and bar /entertainment space Ground would all be more formal living spaces Next level would be bedrooms and open 😊reception rooms a good architect and a big budget
It was a nice villa before they ruined the whole interior 🤔. Sure it will suit some kind of purpose, not sure what, but nobody would want to live in it. Anyway Danilo, you show it as best as possible, as always. Ciao
Is there an airport,. police protection, an excellent hospital medical care, Costco Walmart gas station elec car charging?? places to go things to do? If not why would any one want to buy this?
