A nice place, with lot of possibilities. Downstairs could be a great space for hot Summer days, with a small kitchen. Perhaps also a sleeping alcove there. Enjoyed the tour. 😍

Ciao, Marisa. This is a great project - the cantina has huge potential & so cool in the summer. Upstairs that new wall could come out & make an open plan kitchen dining area. Although there’s a square space to sit out, I’m looking for something with a courtyard or small garden! Otherwise this house is very tempting!! Being in Chianni close to you is another plus!! Hi Anne! Thank you so much … yes this is a good one because outside space of any kind is at a premium in small Tuscan villages. The older homes often had no outdoor space as the people worked their land outside the villages so didn’t have attached gardens in most cases. Balconies, terraces etc are more common but still rare as such in Centro storico areas. This is a bargain for all that is has and yes… Chianni as well! 🥰♥️🤗

Lovely project, does the building have another property spanning the top floor? I'd make the ground floor my living area with outdoor terrace & create 2 beds on the floor above each with an ensuite with central staircase so that each bedroom has private access from the landing. You'd still have 1 parking space which is brilliant for Chianni. ♥️♥️♥️
Thanks so much Phil. So the top floor is divided into 2 apartments. One in front and one down the side. This apartment takes up all the from on the first floor and lower ground floor. You could redesign it in many ways depending on your needs and budget. It’s a great size and has good bones. That’s what counts! I love your creative thinking! You’ll have a wonderful home I’m sure 🥰♥️🤗😃
I really like the village from what you showed of it but not the apartment. That needs some work to make it livable and give good flow to the place. Ciao
Thank you Werner. If you like Chianni you should watch my other vlogs as I live here and show the village life and surrounds in those. You’d understand more about it that way. It was the most “sort after” shire/village in Tuscany on several real estate websites statistically in 2023. The home needs works but is wonderful value for a popular Tuscan village. Do you mean the Autostrada, or a rail line? Could you please explain? We have a bus line that connects us to a large railway station in Pontedera. Trains run to Pisa, Florence and beyond from there. Thank you 🙏🏼
