Yeah Kidd’s legacy is completely different if he doesn’t run into prime Shaq, TD, and the new era bad boy pistons.

I literally stopped being a Raptors fan the year they traded him to the Nets for a bunch of washed up players.

I held on until Bosh bolted for Miami. I'm a day 1 fan who went to games at the Skydome and use to record games on VHS to watch later when I wasn't able to watch the games live. I even still watched majority of the games the year before we drafted Vince when the team went 16-66.

@JamesBond009 Yeah I was there from day one when Isaiah Thomas drafted Damon Stoudamire. I backed this team until they did Vince dirty, and they started selling the Vince turned on us narrative to the fans. I remember when they foolishly dropped confetti because the Raps beat MJ and the Bulls.. 😐

Met vince at a golf tournament. It was hard seeing him walk around like an old man but, he did what he loved , entertained us, and left it all on the court. Mad respect

Love VC! Truly an all-time great! Like many others, his short-term legacy was often diminished by the MJ standard and those comparisons (making people focus on what he wasn't rather than what he was); but now that some of the smoke has cleared, i'm glad he's getting his well-deserved flowers. And that humble spirit magnifies his greatness 💐💐💐

There was a lot of dunks we just took for granted. Vince was incredible to watch. You knew he was going to lose. Or not make it far in the playoffs. But boi you know Toronto and nets Vince. You were going to see an amazing high flying dunk. I mean cmon the dude dunked over a 7footer. He was different!! And the dunk on Alonzo I will never forget.
