Stellaview broadcasts would play actual music throughout the program, but it is funny that on this particular one Rick was being played lol. I remember finding a couple BS F-Zero recordings here that were done during their original broadcast and they were playing stuff from bands like Skid Row, Van Halen, and Doobie Brothers to name a few.

I think I'll give a bit of a story about this now, actually... I first found the images of that on a blog site called "SFC Mania". The pictures seem to be from emulation yet the ROM is not around the internet, which suggests it was hoarded by a Japan-only ROM scene. (There were others like this as well, but oddly enough most of them have been dumped since, leaving this as the last notable one.) I first showed it off to the guy who would make the Forest Of Illusion Twitter. It started spreading around then. It's one of the few that are not sourced from kukun kun's videos. There's also pictures of it that were scanned separately from Satellaview Tsushin magazine.

BS Zelda is my preferred way of playing Zelda 1. What I'd like to see and play myself is a full English translation and compilation of all the parts of BS Ancient Stone Tablets. Last time I looked it was still fragmented by each broadcast session but maybe since then a full ROM has been put together. There's also a BS Super Mario USA (basically the All-Stars version of our Mario 2) with dialogue boxes and so on from Birdo and Peach and so on that Vinny should check out.

There's technical reasons why Sekiban is way more difficult to just combine into one game: BS Zelda was designed with it's entire world capable of fitting into one 8M ROM file. Sekiban is already large enough that it stored extra data in PSRAM, and in each one the indoor locations were all separate, distinct data that can't overlap. tl;dr it'd be easier to reconstruct from the ground up than to modify the base ROMs.
