Thank you so much for joining me in this Vinyasa Yoga Flow class. We will be targeting the shoulders as a main focus with lots of strengthening and stretching, as well as practicing our back bends (heart openers). I will be going over some general alignment principles to ensure safety, but I do ask that you do not push your body into anything that it is not ready for. Back bends can be sensitive for many yoga practitioners.... physically and emotionally! Please allow them to be a gradual and gentle process.
That being said, this class is accessible for all levels. Have your mat and water ready, and let's get to it!
