This workout is a vinyasa yoga flow with progressions, suitable for all levels.
We will start with a base round to warm up and if you’re a beginner you might wish to continue practising this initial flow as we go.
There will be 3 different progressions to build our strength, flexibility and our yoga skills. You don’t need to be a yogi to enjoy this session and you can return to this video whenever you like as it can be done on daily bases.
The only equipment we need is a yoga mat or a soft surface.
Get ready to lengthen your body and tone your core.
