I was hesitant if I would be able to fully complete this one, as I always felt restless and my mind wondered during previous, shorter meditation classes but this was wonderful. I almost couldn't believe 40 minutes had passed and now I feel connected with myself and ready to fulfil my intention for dedication, production and happiness today. Thank you as always Lesley for your classes, it's taken me a lot longer than 84 days to reach this one but I'm so happy I have. See you tomorrow x

I did this yesterday (21st of December) at the conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter, it couldn't have been more perfect to cleanse and bring together that positive energy and send it out to the world, so beautiful :)

I can't believe I was going to skip this class because the one for day 84 was already up and I thought what I needed was some good hip opening exercise. As it turned out, what I really needed was deep relaxation. I wonder if you are aware of what a gift you are to the world, Lesley. Thank you!

Laying for thirty minutes...incredible to do it being awake, it seems nothing too hard but it is actually challenging. I'm glad you guided me through that, wherever you aret ❤️

I loved it and it came at the perfect time- i was really tired but i promised myself that i would do yoga today before i go to sleep ; Lesley, when i heard it was a Relaxing yoga i felt like the whole universe was taking care of me!:) And in general, i prefer slow Yoga sessions more than dynamic 'cardio' types, i know i am lazy one:)

Leslie, wow, what an experience!! I felt like I went into another dimension I became so relaxed. I am at peace. Honestly didn't see being still and awake for this long would have this effect. Filled with positivity, which was my intention along with being present and inwardly drawn. I love learning about the language of yoga you discuss during savasanas (like shristas, pratyahara) as I come to the end of the 90 days. I have such an appreciation for the power of the body mind connection through the yoga fix 90!!

My intention was "peace" - at the end when you instructed us to take our intention into our heart, I felt it explode like a firework inside and what felt like molecular particles of peace suffuse my entire body. Then like tiny seeds, they took root and grew and wrapped my whole body in a web of peace. What an amazing feeling, certainly new to me after many other meditation forms and sessions. Thank you!!!

Thank you. I wondered how I would be able to stay in meditation mode for over 30 minutes. When it came to it, it was easy, I am totally relaxed and can’t believe how fast 30 minutes went. Wonderful!

Thanks so much for this meditation, Lesley! I know it's effective because I did it in my basement during a tornado warning! When you can release and surrender to nature, you can truly be in the moment you created here. Everyone is safe btw and the weather passed much like our emotions.

My first intention was "be positive." I use that one a lot. My second was "for abundance," however not quite sure that's an intention. The law of attraction videos, blogs & books I've read state that you can manifest financial needs to be met. You see when dad passed away, he left me a house. It's older & it is beginning to need repairs, like plumbing and electrical. Also, we've been borrowing a car for my job - all these things are really getting to me. This was an awesome relaxing flow, which I didn't know I needed but I did. I'll have to bookmark it so I can do it when I need to recharge.

This is the first time I've tried Yoga Nidra, and it was freaking awesome! Feel SO amazing afterwards. Thanks, Lesley. This was just what my body needed today. Feeling rundown and exhausted, but so much better after just 40 mins!

redid this class, fell asleep again halfway through. combination of tired and relaxed didnt even realize when i fell asleep. but somehow today i woke up as the meditation was coming to and end. so that was well.

I did not feel ready for this much of a relaxation, so I went ahead, and did two quickies of yours, one for headstand and the other one for stretching. Maybe next round? :) But I did the yoga practice part at the beginning :)

I have to say : I'm sooo sad, I was so well, so relaxed, but then my boyfriend made so much noise in the living room and the washing machine too ... And all the cars in the street ... I had to interrupt, but I'll definitely come back to this video, it's amazing how it makes me feel ! Such a deep relaxation, thank you so much for this beautiful video ! I'll do this in the morning, or next sunday when I'll be alone :) Love it really, and even though I just did 24mn, I'm feeling amazingly well, at peace

I can't believe I was able to do this! I was about to go for a cardio workout and then realize that my body needed something softer. I went through my yoga playlist and thaught I should do this one... Did not regret! I did not listen to a word of what you were saying in this video, but I tried really hard! At the end, my body feels so great! Thank you! As a dancer, I know I should really listen to my body and accept the fact that I need to relax and go on a slower pace sometimes. :) Have a good day!

I fell asleep :( Your voice is so soothing to me and after 10 minutes I dozed off. I woke up in the end because I got chilly. First I had a bad feeling about falling asleep during practice but I guess my body needed it. So thanks for this!

this was beautiful, I have a blocked/semi runny rose, body is feeling the weeks workout and my running workout. Once I was settled into the whole thing, I was relaxed and you voice, is soo soo soothing and lovely, I was only breathing out off ne nose making noise but when you said something about breathing smoothly etc. my body automatically reacted to it and I was breathing smoothly with no hassle, at the silent time I was able to do good until my body started jolted and I started to sneeze. was happy to finished it. Thank you, thank you soo much for taking time out of your day for doing this, really appreciate it!! :)

this one was tough for me too. I felt my legs getting crazy restless, and i was between an almost sleep, but thinking about random things in my mind. I will try it again as well. I usually love shavasana! Maybe I need to do this after some flow class, so I am not so restless. Either way, day 84, round two! Woohoo! :)

I couldn’t really concentrate and my body start to hurt if I meditate too much time .. but I was becoming very sleepy and now I feel relaxed

yes, it can be really difficult to be still. You'll get better at it though...just like your body has gotten stronger!

Luxurious relaxation!! I've always loved Yoga Nidra :) Done many variations of it (maybe cuz of done differently in different "traditions of yoga"), and loved each one. Thanks soo much for incorporating it in these 90 days, and for making it "a longer one", yum :)

same with me! I though this would be great at the end of a really exhausting day, but I simply could not concentrate because I was constantly on the edge of falling asleep... Enjoyed the gentleness of the practice and voice though!

dontaylucero I sure know that feeling!! There are days when I have a difficult time letting myself relax...I'm glad you stuck with it! Usually those of us who can't easily relax are the ones who need it the most. :-) xx

I made up my mind that I would try to do yoga nidra with my 5 month old rescue puppy... at first she was very excited about the child's pose and movements, but as it progressed to the actual Yoga Nidra we both made it through in a state a utter relaxation and bliss! Pretty awesome!! Osa and I both thank you! (Doing this again, for sure!!)

Tough I have 2 weeks of bed rest cause of my pregnancy stil had hard time to focus, be still and quite my mind...Thank you I will continue to do this video

Ok i was not able to do all of this meditation,i was never able to do more then a couple of mintue but i am getting better but in the end i had to stop and relax my which is by colouring everything seem to stop when i colour but not when i try to meditate but it's just another one off those things i need to get,all a working progress.

I adore you and these almost done 90 days...but it was impossible for me to stop and be stuck for soooooo long....I suppose I need to try again...can I move a finger once in a while?...
