How cool is that finding a program from 1971 from the LA Philharmonic in the Stomu Yamashta album. Delightful selections Michael. >< I have a few Carla Bley albums. But never got into Paul's music. That is a good starting point is it not? Nice to The Bears album on the shelve. I saw them live at the Paradise Rock Club in the eighties. Adrian came strolling up to the bar before the show. I picked up a copy of the Yamash’ta from Permanent awhile back. Really dig that record. No bonus in the other sleeve in my copy. Really cool program there Michael.

Personally, I tend to like the classical Stomu more than the fusion stuff, although Come To the Edge is an enjoyable album. Didn't know about that Steve Miller Trio album. Alas, there are none for sale in the States on Discogs currently.
