I just came back from a 10 day retreat and it was amazing! It was hard work but I could feel changes in myself by the second day. I was internally a very emotional person with a lot of anxiety, self doubt and nervous energy. The 10 days have helped me let go of that and showed me how to manage it in my every day life. I understand that this might not be for everyone, but everyone I talked to at the end of my course found it quite powerful. You learn so much about yourself.
This video taught me how to live peacefully. An insight. The nature of our deep-rooted habit pattern. I've been struggling in my life with stresses from unsolvable thoughts, worries and unanswered questions especially since the beginning of adult life. He (guruji, the dhamma spreader) guided me to understand it at an experience level. This video enlightened me how to handle my stress-causing thoughts and how to live in the present and see things as they really are. How fortunate I am! An art of living and an art of dying. May all beings be peaceful and may all beings be happy. My great gratitude to Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha and others who are contributing to spread and maintain dhamma.
Because of this video, I took a 10-day Vipassana course. I got benefited and maintaining daily meditation. Attentive and equanimous mind at all time with an understanding of impermanence. May more and more people get benefits from taking this course fairly. May all of you be peaceful and happy.
Thank you Guruji for sharing the true Dhamma with the world. My experience at the 10 day course in Igatpuri has been insightful and life changing. Such a simple practise with such great benefits. Everyone must practise Vipassana if you want to live a fulfilling life. I will take up the 10 day course again, and offer Dhamma Seva. To offer seva is the best way to make your Vipassana sadhna even stronger. I'm forever indebted to you, Guruji. Thank you. Bhavatu Sabba Mangalam!
That's really to bad you didn't like it. For myself, as well as many others I know, we found it really great. I wish you wouldn't try to dissuade others from trying it for themselves, its really a personal thing and many others may benefit tremendously.
Hi Greeta! These are challenging times for sure. I'm here if you feel like chatting or talking! This is a big world with wonderful people around. Here's my number: +5492615726470. Be happy!
@@juanignaciocaoagoudailliez844 thanks for your concern. Suffering is necessary to feel happiness, likewise experiencing depression and observing it as we observe other sensations in our body dilutes the low feeling. Be cheerful and happy🙏
@@geetasharma6563 absolutely. I see you're a fellow meditator. Nothing to add then. Keep up the good work, and everything will change in it's due time. Hoping the very best for you. Tons of Metta
@@juanignaciocaoagoudailliez844 🙏 definitely trying and bringing meditation in the routine is what I am trying to do. Wishing to have peace and harmony in all the beings.
