My current Telehealth work is designing a safe, efficient and cost-effective “Virtual Home Care and Remote Monitoring” service design to empower patients with chronic illnesses to manage them at home efficiently and safely.
Chronic Diseases such as Heart, Lung, and kidney conditions, also Diabetes, Obesity, and cancer are increasing alarmingly. Hospitalization for such conditions burdens the patients and the family for both the costs and time.
Reducing TIME TO INTERVENTION is the key to improving the quality of care when it comes to Virtual Home Care and Remote Monitoring for chronic medical diseases.
