@@DirectShift Hello I am confused about 2 things in my newly purchasd VW taigun Highline AT : 1. Replacing halogen front headlights with LED projectors white 5000K worth it ?? 2. Rs 9999 accessories pack purchase from dealer or outside shop ? Quality difference ??
Informative video! Pretty useful as a reference. Thanks. Just completed my vehicle first year service and they have added underbody coating, engine bay protection coating, AC evaporator chemical cleaning etc as add-ons. Apart from that your video pretty much covers everything. Please do continue your good work!
Sir, My Apple car play not connecting in VW Taigun since last 2 days..It was working fine in last 1 year..Suddenly it stopped connecting..Please guide if any solution..
Please disconnect everything and start pairing them again with a usb cable connected to the phone. Once it’s paired, you can use wireless connectivity.
Very good content brother 👍 I appreciate your efforts. Subscribed 👍 I've a doubt/concern please help. I'm having virtus 1.0 Highline, whenever I play music when connected to Android auto the volume in level 15 is lower but when I just connect the phone via bluetooth after disconnecting Android auto the volume is louder on same level 15. Level I mentioned here is just an example but the music volume differs in Android auto vs bluetooth mode. Your assistance would be of great help. Thanks.
While connecting through Bluetooth the car audio just acts as a Bluetooth speaker, but while using the infotainment through android auto, the audio Is routed through extra applications which might be controlling the volume once again. Will check if there’s any extra audio settings and let you know
Inki website mein kuch aur service center mein kuch aur chalti hai. Website mein bahut saare chijen updated nahin rehte ya phir bas customer attraction karne ke liye minimum cost mention kiya jata hai
Dono cars sahi hain. Depend karta hai ki jyada ground clearance chahiye ya sedan ki jyada boot space. Aur Virtus jyada sporty dikhti hai aur driving ki jyada maja sedan mein hai
Bro, i have finished 7,500kms it’s 10months now. Should i take SVP now or should I take after 1st service and before 12 months. Also is it compulsory to take SVP with in 12 months or should I wait till the seasonal offers and take it before 24 months?
You may take now or before 1st year (after 1st service), after 1st year, they generally charge more SVP, so check for one festive offer but before 1 year
Volkswagen billing is a huge issue...they just charge anything in the bill and if you ask right questions and push them they will reduce bill. I bargained and got my friends bill reduced from 20k to approx 14k for petrol polo. 14K for polo petrol + wheel alighment was still very high. You got to be very careful or else simply take 4 or 5 years of package. With German cars service and parts package is highly recomended as parts are very expensive.
Really informative video! Can we buy service value pack for used 1.5 DSG Taigun? Does company provide warranty for engine & gearbox for used Taigun if we pay extra cost separately?
I have a the same car, GT plus 2023. Few days ago, washer fuild was empty but I didn't got any warning in cluster. Is this ok ? I assume, there is a sensor for low washer fluid.
Thank you for this very informative video once again. do you have any info on the average mileage life of brake pads on the Taigun GT Plus? Have you asked the service centre to recalibrate your brakes anytime? Also, on the useful nugget of info you have shared - can I opt for the 5 year service value pack after my first service and after one year of purchasing the car? Thank you so much!
It depends upon driving style. Some have changed at 14000km and some other after 30000km. Mine odo is approx 20000km, haven’t changed or calibrated. You need to buy before one year of car purchase date for best price.
If car runs less like hardly less than 5k a year , is it worth to take service package? Because planning to buy and it will be mostly for weekend drives not daily.. please suggest
In such case, you can save some money by bargaining during the service by choosing which consumables you don’t want to change. But still there are some consumables need replacement irrespective of distance covered and according to the age of the consumables.
Will suggest Virtus personally, but you should consider the factors like ground clearance, car lengh for easy parking, boot space etc before taking a decision
So sir is should svp be taken? I haven’t taken it and in February I have my 1 year service should I buy or wait for it, my car is currently driven 5000km
If you don't buy SVP, you will have to bargain everytime with service center, skip some jobs to make the service cost low and obviously you will always be worried about how much you need to pay for your next service. But once you bought the SVP, atleast you can thik like you won't have to pay anything or very less something like below 1K at least for 4 years. Still people continue without it, but i am in support of opting for it
As you know both are from different segments, you will get more ground clearance in Kushaq. But the driving fun is more in Virtus. In terms of quality and issues, i find Virtus has less quality issues. Personally I would go for Virtus

Honda City is a peace of mind package well tried and tested, non-turbo engine. If choosing automatic CVT one, then you won't feel that fun because of the rubber band effect. Virtus is a fresh product in Skoda VW 2.0 project, having some minor issues (chip plastic, rattling noise etc), but you can't be more happy with its power and driving dynamics. In single word - Honda City is more a family car and Virtus more a driver's car.
I have an issue. Not related to this video rather a performance issue. I am having a GT plus. The economy what I am getting and the distance till next fuel doesn't match. Sometimes for a short 10 km drive, the distance till the next fuel reduces very rapidly (20 - 30 Km approx). Do you have any ideas on this?
it depends on your driving style and the kind of road you are driving on. But if you monitor closely this every time then you will find that when the road is good and you drive in controlled manner then it will increases as well.
@@cooljaipal1 yes, I have noticed it. On high ways or in low traffic it gives very good performance. However, my concern is the mismatch between the economy reading and the distance till refill reading. Though I am getting an economy of 12kmpl, the distance till the next refill drops rapidly in moderate to high traffic conditions.
It calculates by multiplying the Since Refuel economy by remaining fuel and then keep 20-25km reserve while showing. So in case of your short trip, the since refuel economy decreases rapidly, so it affects the range.
@@DirectShift i am buying a virtus GT Dsg. In tension now 😸....what will happen to the DSG gearbox..... Cancelled my Scorpio N Z8 booking becoz of quality control problem as lots of suspension failure issues reported. And now hearing about Dsg failure in vw
For GT, I would suggest you to go for SVP. You may buy it now or anytime before 1 year. Sometimes dealers offer some attractive discount like at festive season and cars anniversary month. You may check it
Please go for SVP for maximum years. I bought my TIGUAN DIESEL in 2018. I am based at NE india and we have only one service centre at Guwahati. Just in time I came to know of SVP for Tiguan. I got mine in 2020. Ofcourse the initial cost seemed too much...1lakh 10 thousand for 5 yrs. Now I have driven 76000+ km and I am happy I got mine. 2 more services are remaining and I have availed all coupons like wiper blades, battery, brake pads, polybelt(alternator) besides regular consumables during each service.( Make sure you get all these bfr the svp expire). One saves lots in coming years especially the labour costs if you take beforehand.
