Honestly, I think all super heavyweight arm wrestlers can beat Denis right now... I'm not expecting much from his match with Ermes, but who knows? Maybe he can prove I'm wrong, just like Devon did when he beat Ermes.

Not really. The stopping power was with back pressure, and then he applied side pressure to regain center and transition to a press. He was able to apply back pressure because he was able to keep his pronator through Vitaly thrusts (Ermes wasn't able to apply back pressure against Larrat, because Devon completely took his pronator....).

Vitaly din't score two pins on Ermes. It was one pin (dubious too since Ermes touched the pad below the wrist) and the other win was because Ermes fouled out at the start

True, and the fact that Ermes is a Saiyan, just keeps getting better after every fight. He has Denis best in back pressure too, which one of Denis' major tool in his match against Devon. Can't wait for the match!

If Denis loses he should try moving down in weight, since his illness he's so much smaller now, it will be very difficult for him to come anywhere close to his prime shape at his age.

denis is going to get destroyed by ermes. denis dont have the explosive strength to counter against ermes explosive press. so by the time denis can build up his defense, ermes already gonna have his arm half way towards the pad. i just cant see denis holding ermes in the middle.

yeah sure but we have no idea what denis did before that sparring, or if he is isolating pronation and rise. Fresh Fresh Denis doesnt feel tokarev bruh be honest. In that case devon and everyone devon faces would also struggle against tokarev

I mean Vitaliy could have won ermes at their match and actually Vitaliy got the strongest grip ever and maybe the best pronation in armwrestling right now and Vitaliy beside that he could win,he lost due to his tricep/flop press lack because it wasn’t enough,but Vitaliy ARM power is not The strongest.And I think that Denis easily stopped Devon,while keeping his wrist at normal position.So he did better against Devon than ermes,but I think ermes can beat Devon now and Denis can too,true 50/50 match

I think Denis is done. He was done before his rematch vs Larratt..., you can clearly see, he's much smaller, he can't train like he used to...Lost a lot of muscle mass, had too many very serious health issues... In his prime, he was legendary, absolutely scary but this isn't the same guy, i expect Ermes to destroy Denis, yes, styles are important and can make a different but Denis looks like a shadow of his former self. It's been that way ever since he was hospitalized. He probably would've annihilated Ermes in his prime, but he's way past his prime.
