Great breakdown, thank you for the quality information! You are so true about the extremes, and as it is so easy to fall into one or the other, it is very important to remind about that! Would you rate plasma vitamin A levels as an appropriate marker for Vitamin A supply and potential deficiency/excess?

So what is the best way to consume or supplement Vitamine A (Retinol) I am very low on it. Help please.

I would not supplement as Vitamin A needs other cofactors and nutrients to do it's job. Which is why whole foods are so great - they already contain them in the ideal amounts. My favorite food choices are: any kind of liver (my preferred is beef liver), milk, eggs, cheese, butter, ghee. Make sure any of these foods you source are high quality (grass fed, pastured, etc.). Very important.
