I am pretty sure that my 5000IUs of D3 with K2 lowers my magnesium. I feel so much better sleep, anxiety, relaxation with liquid magnesium.

Thanks for this, but what about K2 as a necessary to full absorption / facilitator to synthesize D2 (cholecalciferol) into calcifediol?

K2 has an interplay (calcium regulation) with Vit D

I was unaware of this missing link. Currently transitioning from extreme diet. Can you suggest some magnisium rich food sources. I am diagonised with autoimmune condition. So feel worse with dairy.
