Ola! Since Lockdown i've gotten crazy with taking vitamins and they are helping me so much! In this video i'm sharing what has kept me cold, flu and covid free.

B12 gives you a ton of energy I’m actually on vitamin D prescription 50,000 units And it takes more than eating oranges and drinking orange juice to get your vitamin C and remember orange juice is full of sugar Thank you for sharing this because I’ve been very slack on my vitamins and I will start taking my multivitamins again❤️❤️
