Please consider finding a multivitamin that has the non synthetic forms.... So methylcobalamin (or hydroxycobalamin or adenocobalamin) (I'm butchering the spelling on these by the way ) instead of cyanocobolamin. FOLATE, not folic acid. Activated forms of all the other Bs. Whole food derived vitamin c instead of the potentially problematic ascorbic acid
