just did 2 loads of laundry for the third time this week hahaha

It's good see you're doing yoga to work on your stress. I do 15 minutes yoga breathing every 3 hours laying on my back on the ground. I do 5 minutes breathing in and out my mouth, 5 minutes breathing in through my nose and out my mouth then finish with breathing 5 minutes in and out my mouth. I know it probably sounds weird to do that type of yoga breathing but the last time I had a cold or flu was in 2010. Add in some self massage and tai chi every day and you'll be on your way to great health.
