Energy healing is one of the greatest things :) it’s really tricky work, but it’ll be so worth it in the end, and the connection you will feel to yourself is beyond anything you could ever ask for. I remember when I started watching you in lockdown and to see the journey you’ve been on is absolutely amazing Lindsey. Keep going, this journey is worth treading, regardless of the judgement you might fear from everybody ❤

Hearing you talk about the rain there reminded me of how when I went to school in Costa Rica we would sit and watch it pour for like 15 minutes each day after school during the wet season haha. Thanks for bringing back those memories.

hahaha I'm sure they do not! I'm learning that people think you're 'mad' when they're intimidated by something they don't understand so that's comforting! Meditation is helping me feel so much more balanced in myself. Even if it's a quick 10 minutes xx

These vlogs are giving me life! I'm basically living my life vicariously through your vlogs as I'm stuck in rainy miserable London 🙃 I can tell you my dream as a kid (and still) was to live on the beach, play my guitar and surf, so enjoy every minute and don't feel guilty!! And never apologise for getting emotional, sadly this world teaches us that showing our emotions is a sign of weakness but actually it takes so much strength to allow your vulnerability to be witnessed and it shows other people that they are not alone in their own emotions. Honestly you are inspiring me to do whatever I can to scrape the money together so I can spend a month in Costa Rica next year 🤞maybe I will bring my family, maybe I wont 👀 much love to you Lindsey ❤hope you dont get too many more bumps and bruises! Surfing is such a journey! Totally relate to having a great session one day and then getting totally wiped out and injured in the next. It’s a rollercoaster! I keep a surf journal which helps me track how I feel during different conditions too which helps me if I’ve had a bit of a shit surf and my confidence gets knocked (ha ha regular occurrence for me). But it’s just soooo good innit!!! Loving watching your surf journey & your healing journey ❤
IT IS SO GOOD!!! I love this idea of a surf journal….would probably make me less hard on myself too to actually see how I'm progressing (or not) on certain days! My confidence is all over the show at the moment, this morning I jumped off more waves than I caught because they were BIG haha xxx

Here are a few thoughts on a path. Never give your power over to someone who claims to be a teacher or guru. Learn from them but know that any real power is always within you -- they are human just like you. There are a lot of quacks out there charging a lot of money, so be educated on who and what you are seeking and receiving, some of it is crap. It is very easy to manipulate someone in a highly emotional and vulnerable state. Lastly, there is never a destination, so there is no rush, let your life flow and unfold naturally -- remember as the saying goes -- wherever you go, there you are. I speak from experience --- some good, some terrible. Take care and have fun!
Thank you; I think I know myself really well, and I'm not being led astray or seeking guru's - for me it's more meditation work so that I can connect to myself and also going to group/community events like ecstatic dance that make me feel uncomfortable because I know that's where the growth is! I'm definitely aware of people taking advantage of people trying to find themselves and in a town like this everyone is a 'healer'! I love that sentiment - wherever you go, there you are x
