She made a video, why can't you write them down yourself? She does all the research for herself and is KIND ENOUGH to share and make a video. It's not that hard to grab some paper and write them out yourself while you watch or rewatch.

Ivory Glass She didnt show the workout in real time or in full so it’s hard to know how many reps or sets she is doing also you can’t see how heavy her weights are. Obviously I could write down what exercise she’s doing and make up my own reps sets and weights but I am just curious what she does. Not saying she has too or that I didn’t otherwise like the video. Also since making this comment iv seen she’s going to bring back her 15 min real time workouts so super pumped about that.

Loved this video 😍 and can I just say... loving the podcast content. I commute to work every day and Kurt and your podcasts have changed my mindset on the drive. I have had to restart listening to the podcasts from the beginning because no other health podcast can compare. Seriously. You have the perfect mix of humour and educational content. Honestly just feel like I need to say thank you😂 before I came across your channel about a year ago I watched all these fitness youtubers and followed all these gals on insta and all they did was lift don’t get me wrong I love lifting but I always got so bored and burnt out after a while and trying to eat certain ways but ever since I came across you my health and fitness, nutrition, mental health all of it has been so clear and so so enjoyable for once. SO THANK YOU FOR YOUR POSITIVITY AND LOVE THROUGH ALL THE MESSAGES YOU SEND and reminding us all that just because lifting and everything like that is the fad and what works for a lot of people it’s not for everyone because personally before you I was like this is the only way I’ll get fit 😂🙌💕

Sarah, I had 2 babies back to back and use to be fit 2 years ago. My baby boy is 19 months and my baby girl is 5 months. I just started to workout and try to get healthier and get this pregnancy weight off. You video hit home as I also thought the first time I workout in months was brutal and was if I have never worked out. Definite eye opener to see where I am starting. Love your videos and Fox is super cute. Thank you for you videos and motivation. I know you are tired but it gets better with the sleep as baby gets older and you guys are doing great as parents.

Hey gorgeous mama bear! Loving your vlogs and totally relatable project comeback !! I saw your insta story where you said people told you that from 12 weeks fox would sleep through the night and I’m so sorry people gave you that false hope. I’m a Sydney based paediatric nurse and I know how big an issue sleep is being a mum to a little one myself who really struggled!! The only time a baby will truely be able to sleep through the night is when they are fully established on solids from 6 months (solids should be started at 4 months). From 6 months they should be established on a balance of carbs, fat and proteins, (with fruit and veggies actually taking smaller precedence). We have to think of what fills us up and apply the same to our babies. Your little guy is a 3hrly feeder which while still necessary for his age as milk is his only source of nutrition at the moment (definitely shows his appetite and that solids will help him a great deal!) but it could also be habitual. Overnight you could try resettle him back to sleep (or maybe get Kurt to resettle so he can’t smell the milk on you). I’d aim for feeds to be 4-6hrly overnight so resettle every second wake up and see what happens. If he’s not back asleep in 30-40mins then I’d feed him and get him back down. Sometimes as they get older some babies just need some help to learn what they should or shouldn’t be doing while others learn and stretch themselves alone. I also couldn’t recommend Karen from nurture parenting enough, she is MAGIC!! Honestly magic!! You would LOVE her vibe and philosophy, I know it! She is a nurse and midwife too and just bloody knows her stuff!! Honestly I completely disregard sleep consultants now as they really damaged me so badly while I had post natal anxiety, often they’re totally unqualified! I really only talk to nurses and paediatricians now when I need sleep advice! Good luck my love! I’ve been there ❤️❤️❤️❤️

You're doing so good and you are such a wonderful mother!! I stopped breast feeding one year ago when my son was around two and I totally understand your frustrations about how your body doesnt seem to be changing in your eyes but you look so great! Just keep doing your workouts and get as much sleep as you can (I know that's easier said than done). I'm just now finding out how important sleep is for muscle gain and I've been at this for years 😐. I hope you get a chance to ready this. You're doing so good and be proud of where you are 😁😁. I also want to take a time out and thank you for body bloom. The number one difference I've noticed in myself after taking it every morning is without a doubt my attitude. I feel so happy all the time now. I dont feel stressed out all the time anymore and it just goes to show that a happy gut equals a happy brain. I sincerely will be consuming body bloom every day for years to come. You have no idea what this product means to me❤ thank you for putting so much hard work into it. It's very appreciated

Abs are my FAVORITE to work out!! And I love hula hooping. My longest hula hooping session was 2 hours without stopping. 2 hours of tense abs!! I now go for smaller amounts 5-7 days a week. I now use a 2lb weighted fitness hoop. I usually go for 10-30 minutes now. This works as a great pre workout too. I usually walk or dance around. What I like about hula hooping is that I still like it when I’m having a low energy day and I can do it inside while I watch TV. I don’t have a gym membership so I rely on at home workouts. It engages the abs the entire time too!! ♡

I always think about the quote “Your mind will quit 100 times before your body ever will” and every time I feel like “quitting” during a workout I count it and remind myself that that’s my mind quitting, not my body, and that I have 99 more “mental quits” to go. I hope that makes sense haha.

you’re seriously crushing it sez... no one prepares you for how tired motherhood makes you! It’s a whole new wave of exhaustion and mental exhaustion because you have to make choices for TWO people (until little Fox is old enough to make his own)... idk mate just want to encourage you to KEEP GOING. you’re already doing so well, take all the time you need, but keep going! you are such an inspiration !! idk HOW you are juggling it all but praise be because you’re crushing it sis x

You are such an inspiration!! After I had my 1st baby I was so weak and exhausted I wasn't able to start working out until I was about 5 month postpartum. The work outs I did were so simple compared to what I had done before I had baby. Also, I can completely relate...when I was nursing I was always starving and thirsty (wanting lemon water). lol. Keep up the amazing work Sarah!! Those muffins look SO delicious!!

I love when you film the really intense workouts even if theyre not super detailed about what youre doing they're really inspirational! Sarah, I just want to let you know how much you help me through your videos and podcast. It really helps me to get that extra motivation. For example... I really (REALLY) can't stand blood tests! But I had to take one yesterday. It may sound weird but I was like: "Sarah would totally kill this blood test. So I will too". I sort of "pretended" to be you and it was so much easier! I’m a new sub and I just have to say that you are one of the few influencer/RU-vid types that I actually find inspiring instead of envious of. It’s so easy to watch all these fitness people showcasing a “perfect” life and it does the opposite of inspire, it makes that life feel impossible.
