I like the casual “day in the life” type of video. I like the polished type videos too, but it’s nice to mix things up. Also I LOVE the new kitchen, it looks so much more relaxing. The red did make it seem dark.

I always find it interesting when RU-vidrs take us out and about with them. I say yes! Oh and your kitchen looks fab. Your landlord should be happy to have someone who takes care of the house as if it were their own.

I would definitely get some hydrangeas to fill out the space with some flowers. I find that they are structured plants but they also add some softness to a garden. I think white and light green flowers would look best with your color scheme 💚

I love all your topiary plants. You could always add colour by putting some small flowering plants around the bay trees. And some geranium in the small pots on the steps.

So I’ll be as candid here and say I admire your self awareness and would suggest that you be as organic as you like with your content knowing that process leads to perfection. Love your outdoor space! I can’t wait to see everything all dressed up and ready for full enjoyment! They make such nice outdoor fabrics these days, you’ll be able to get functional and fabulous... and maybe two extra cushions so Sophie can have “matching beds”, one in the shade and one in the sun! 😉😊🥰 Helpful hint on the plant pots for your tall bay trees, if you fill the bottom third with bricks or heavy stones it will help out in strong winds as well as allow for drainage. I often add a coffee filter over the drainage hole in the pot to prevent dirt from running all over my patio or deck. I then fill with potting soil and finish with some Sphagnum moss to help keep in hydration and look polished! Vlogs are always my favorite for the fact that they aren’t over produced, more relaxed and intimate and allow a greater connection of the creator to their viewers. However, I still like a beautifully produced video too, as well as a mash up of both... however, you might have to be more conscientious of the transitions in a mash up. You have such an eye for things aesthetically pleasing that you’ll instinctively know what feels right or when the transitions are too abrupt. I think you’ll love the freedom to have so much choice! I’m sorry the tile in the kitchen was so challenging, but whatever pain and anguish it caused, I think it is more than worth it! It looks absolutely magnificent! It’s amazing that a little change made such a huge and wonderful difference! We’ll pretend it is all finished and fabulous! Just a little TV magic until you get everything you require to finish the job! 😉☺️😊 Big pat on the back for tackling all the obstacles and it turning out amazing! Well done! 🥰😍🥰

I like a mix of both vlog and formal videos…really what ever you’re up to posting for us. Your efforts on the kitchen tile are wonderful. I too updated my old tiles using peel and stick and although it was time consuming, I enjoyed it in the end. For my clay pots, well any pots really, I get the clay "feet" to put under them. It helps with drainage, you can clear any dead foliage around them and keep the area cleaned up easier. You can even find some that are dogs, frogs or I've even seen little rabbit ones. Just a thought!

LOL! Those are EXACTLY the tiles I put in my kitchen as a backsplash for my stove on the walls surrounding it. I got them at Dollar Tree for $1 a tile. I LOVE how they look. I agree, I never did like that color of tile in your kitchen, too over powering. That makes a HUGE difference in the look of your kitchen. MUCH better!!! YES, take us along as you go about your daily life. A more casual video is so much more relatable. When someone tries to make a video too perfect, it doesn't feel "real." I'm addicted to videos of people who share what they do, where they go, whom they meet, where they shop, get groceries, etc.
