Hi Ange. Lovely to see you as always. Enjoyed seeing your mitten garland, very pretty. Perfect for filling with little treats. Hope you've managed to cast on the socks for James's mum. Little socks don't take too long. I've spent the last part of the afternoon untangling and winding a sock blank into balls. Then decided to cast on a pair of socks for my boy. His feet are not small. Ange - I think you are brilliant, but also bonkers because you’re still sea swimming in this weather 🥶 The book marks are lovely. Usually I make knitted or crocheted presents for everyone, but my (lack of) brain power has slowed ,e right down this year, so nothing has been made. In fact, I have now had to pick up my crochet hook again due to lack of knitting ability.

I'm way behind with RU-vid too, hence commenting late! My husband looked over and say you sitting in your car chatting and expressed extreme disappointment that the inside of your car wasn't orange! He hopes the outside is though 😂😂 Lovely to see what you've been getting up to!

I bet you have your last advent mitten done by now. I have almost finished one sleeve. Just another 1.5 inches, but I stopped to knit the neckline and pick up the sleeve as those are in the contrast color and I only had 46 grams. That way I will know how much I can do for the cuffs. I have doubled the length of the button band for the Douglas Cardi so I now have enough to mattress stitch it on. These 2 jumpers are now slated to be done by Christmas. I am very excited. I hope you find more time for knitting and spinning. I have still kept up the 5+ ends each day for me. xx
